Facility Based Housing (HOPWA)


Housing Opportunities for Persons With HIV/AIDS (called HOPWA Program) who are experiencing a threat of homelessness or are already homeless. Short-term rental, mortgage, and/or utility assistance available for PLWH/A and their families who qualify based on a HIV-related emergency. Facility-based housing with substance abuse and/or mental health treatment available based on eligibility. Eligibility for any of the HOPWA programs will be determined at time of intake with a Housing Case Manager. Intake appointments can be scheduled Monday through Friday.
