Central Florida Change Program for Transition Age Youth (CFCP for TAY)


The Central Florida Change Program for Transition Age Youth (CFCP for TAY) targets young adults, ages 18-24, with Substance Use Disorders (SUD), and with SUD and co-occurring mental health disorders.  The program is designed to improve the effectiveness of alcohol and drug abuse treatment through the adoption of the Transition Age Youth Community Reinforcement Approach (A-CRA) coupled with Assertive Continuing Care (ACC), both of which are context specific focusing on the interaction between youth and their environments, family centered and community-based.
