Brevard Group Treatment Home (BGTH)


Brevard Group Treatment Home is a low-risk residential program serving 30 adolescent male offender’s ages 12 to 15 years old, for an average length of stay between 4-6 months. Youth attend school on-site, participate in individual and group counseling, anger management sessions, life skills development activities, and recreational activities. The program is designed to meet the  therapeutic needs of the client and is structured to include participation from both family members and the community enabling the youth to transition successfully back into their community once they have completed the program. The BGTH program has been the recipient of multiple “Best Practice” awards from the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice for continued excellence in youth programming.  Youth are admitted to this program through the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice.
